Custom Carpets grand opening was in 1984, but that wasn't really just the beginning. The Jones family flooring
experience started way before that. Bill Jones Senior managed a flooring store in California in the 60's and it wasn't long
before Bill Jones Junior was installing there. Years pasted And Bill Jones Senior had the opportunity to become the first
Philadelphia carpet representative for Arkansas. Bill Jones Junior also returned to Arkansas and installed floors for years
building quite a reputation along the way, many customers requesting his personal services. It wasn't long before Bill Jones
Junior had the urge to have his own store with help from his wife Robin and Daughters Brenda and Stacy. That was the
beginning of Custom Carpets.
Today we are celebrating 25 years, Bill Jones Junior still likes being involved in the installation. Robin now is in charge of
the credit department. And Brenda is now the Manager and loves helping customers with selecting the right flooring
product. Her Husband Tony got the flooring bug and has been installing for years. The Jones family has a long,
experienced history in the flooring business, along with the other Custom Carpets members. We still strive to have prompt
and courteous service along with quality products and honest, dependable craftsmanship. We try to make your shopping
experience as easy as possible, realizing its not easy to shop with children, we have toys for kids. We also have a wagon
you can pull the littler ones around with you.
